This article presents an analysis of the process of visualizing video data processed by the recognition kernel in an enterprise and the design of the corresponding software tool. The relevance of developing software based on computer vision technology has been substantiated. A review and analysis of the market for software products that allow you to visualize video data was carried out. A software solution has been designed for visualizing video data based on processing by the recognition kernel. Technical requirements for the software solution have been formed. Using Microsoft Visio, a diagram of the “as will be” process was constructed. The stages of developing a software solution are described.

This article discusses issues related to the organization of traffic in the city of Ulyanovsk. The goal of the work is to build a mathematical model of the city’s transport infrastructure using the intelligent transport geographic information system “ITSGIS” using the example of the city of Ulyanovsk. In the process of work, a complex mathematical model of the city's transport infrastructure was built in the environment of the intelligent transport geoinformation system "ITSGIS", taking into account existing geo-objects of transport infrastructure, new necessary and sufficient geo-objects, using the example of the city of Ulyanovsk.

This article discusses the construction of a comprehensive mathematical model of the transport infrastructure of several streets in the city of Ulyanovsk, as well as the optimization of the location of traffic lights. The purpose of the article is to improve the safety of pedestrians and vehicle drivers by installing flashing yellow traffic lights of the T.7 type. In the process of working in the ITSGIS program, a comprehensive mathematical model of the transport infrastructure of several streets was created. This article discusses the installation of missing traffic lights at pedestrian crossings.

This article discusses the topics of using a transport digital twin in the environment of the intelligent transport geographic information system "ITSGIS" (ITSGIS). Transport digital twin technology is conceptually evolving and does not have a single standard definition. Solving the problem of increasing the efficiency of traffic management is inextricably linked with the introduction of digital systems, such as automated traffic management systems based on digital twins that perform traffic management functions. The concept of using a transport digital twin in ITSGIS (adaptive traffic management systems) is being addressed to reduce waiting time at an intersection.
